We have over 15 years of experience in the 9-1-1 communications industry including in the 9-1-1 communications center, technical support, and emergency management. Our training includes installation and maintenance of major 9-1-1 CPE emergency call handling systems, Motorola radio systems, and dispatch consoles. Experience also includes use of major CAD vendor software and recording/logging software.
Our experience includes positions of PT/FT 9-1-1 dispatcher, 9-1-1 Shift Supervisor, Public Safety Manager/Operations Manager, 9-1-1 Technician II, and Radio System Administrator/Radio Communications Specialist.
